If a digital proof is declined, the customer accepts full responsibility for the final printed product. By choosing to proceed without approving a proof, the customer agrees that the item will be printed as designed. No reprints, refunds, or replacements will be offered for issues related to layout, color, spelling, or design. If a digital proof is selected, proofs will be emailed within 48 hours and must be approved within 24 hours of receipt.
