If a digital proof is declined, the customer accepts full responsibility for the final printed product. By choosing to proceed without approving a proof, the customer agrees that the item will be printed as designed. No reprints, refunds, or replacements will be offered for issues related to layout, color, spelling, or design. Proofs will be emailed within 48 hours of purchase and must be accepted within 24 hours of receipt.
